Greatness
Black Watch hasn’t been the only big hit of this year’s Edinburgh Festival. Volcano, led by The Wrecking Ball’s Ross Manson, has received all sorts of acclaim for its production of Michael Redhill’s Goodness, a moving meditation on genocide, responsibility and identity, which Volcano and The Tarragon Theatre co-produced in autumn 2005.
Out of a field of over 1,800 other shows, Goodness received this year’s Best Of Edinburgh award, which results in a run at New York City’s PS 122 in early March of 2007.
It also got a host of terrific reviews, including these in The Herald and The Scotsman.
